Return Policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a working item, or 30 days to request a refund for a damaged item.

We do not offer refunds or returns for items that were broken by the user after arriving. If your item arrives and is in working condition and the item is then damaged by you afterwards, we cannot offer a refund or return for this.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photo or video proof to our support email ( and we can offer a replacement or refund only. We do not offer returns for damaged or defective items, because it is more seamless for us and our customers, if we issue an immediate refund for it, with no need for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in working condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For damaged items, if shown adequate video or photo proof, a refund can be issued immediately with no return needed.
